There are forty full time teachers and ten part time teachers, as well as Office, Administration, Medical, Maintenance, Domestic and Catering staff numbering sixty plus.

The College is divided horizontally into five Clanns (Families) and these are presided over by a Caoimhnóir (Guardian) who is supported in this role by two elected Prefects.

The academic life of the College covers a Six Year Cycle and each Cycle has a Year Head whose role is to monitor study and discipline. Each class has a Class Master who deals with matters of concern to the students.

The Student Council is elected by the Students and Management and meets monthly to discuss matters of mutual concern.
