24 hour Cycle-a-thon
The Transition Year students conducted their 24 hour Cycle-a-thon in aid of 'Cycle Against Suicide' as part of the very successful Mental Health Awareness Week in the school. To raise awareness that it is "okay not to feel okay and it's okay to talk about it" the students took to their bikes in a show of positivity and hard graft.
The school really got behind the initiative and managed to keep two bikes on the go for 24 hours and raise funds to help break the cycle of suicide amongst teenagers. (see pics below)
